Not a library of courses. Three things that happen around real work.
Human coaching is one point in time, expensive, and identical for every advisor in the room. This is the opposite: rehearsal against the specific client you are about to see, feedback on the conversation you just had, and the firm's best language translated into your own register.
Three things that happen around real work: rehearsal against a simulated version of the client the advisor is about to see, private feedback on the conversation they just had, and the firm's best language translated into their own register. Human coaching is one point in time; this runs continuously.
Rehearsal
Before an important meeting, the advisor practices against a simulated version of that client, built from the household profile, history and temperament. The objection the advisor fears arrives in the client's register — the fee question, the index question, or "let me think about it". The session is scored against the firm method.
Feedback after the real conversation
The debrief writes itself: what happened, what was agreed, what to do next, and the follow-up drafted. Where the advisor made an ask, it keeps the exchange word for word and scores it against the outcome. Where a ready moment passed without an ask, it records that too — and that gap is the number the firm most wants to move.
The firm's plays, shared
When one framing converts again and again, it gets promoted into the firm playbook and offered to every other advisor — translated into their register, not pasted across. The best advisor at a firm stops being a private asset. And the playbook does not start empty: at onboarding we interview the firm's executives and best growers, and their method becomes the day-one playbook.
The cue no efficiency tool will ever produce
In a meeting with a couple, an advisor spoke almost only to one person. That habit damages client relationships more than most firms know, and nothing in the stack notices it. WealthAmp notices, and says so afterwards, in private.
Coaching feedback goes to the person who had the conversation. The firm-level view shows where the firm can help, never who failed. On the day advisors decide this is a surveillance product, adoption stops — so this is a product constraint, not a preference.
The working surfaces behind this play.
These are components of the growth layer, included with every seat. They are not products we sell separately, and never a reason to replace a capture tool that already works for you.
Coach the advisor, answered.
Is coaching feedback visible to managers?
No. Feedback goes to the person who had the conversation, in private. The firm-level view shows where the firm can help, never who failed: on the day advisors decide this is a surveillance product, adoption stops, so this is a product constraint.
How does rehearsal work?
Before an important meeting, the advisor practices against a simulated version of that client, built from the household profile, history, and temperament. The objection they fear arrives in the client's register, and the session is scored against the firm method.
Where does the firm playbook come from?
It does not start empty: at onboarding, the firm's executives and best growers are interviewed and their method becomes the day-one playbook. When a framing converts repeatedly, it is promoted and offered to every advisor, translated into their register.
